Juneteenth

Soccer isn’t just a game—it’s a global language shaped by movement, resistance, culture, and community. From the chants we sing to the players we cheer for, much of what we love about this sport was built by immigrant, Black, Indigenous, and working-class communities. And yet, these same communities are too often the ones most targeted, silenced, or excluded—on and off the pitch.

As the 107IST, we believe that showing up for each other off the field is part of what makes supporter culture meaningful. That’s why we’ve created this living resource page: a space to learn, reflect, and take action together.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore the intersections of soccer, race, migration, and justice—or you’re looking for deeper ways to plug in—this page is for you. We’ll be updating it with books, articles, podcasts, organizations, and stories that ground us in the values we chant about every match day. If you find resources you think we should include, let us know!

Because loving this game means standing with the people who make it possible.
