Where can I buy merch?

In person at Axe & Rose, 1737 SW Morrison , Portland, OR 97205. Online at shop.rosecityriveters.org

When can I buy in person?

Our storefront at Axe & Rose opens 2-3 hours before each Thorns and Timbers home match kicks off. We do shut down about 30 minutes prior to kick so our volunteers can get inside the stadium. After the match, we are usually open for another 30 minutes once the players have completed their lap around the pitch.

How long does it take for me to get my online order?

We are powered by volunteers so they try to keep a schedule of shipping out orders at least every 2 weeks. It may take 14 days for you to receive your order.

It has been more than 2 weeks since I placed my online order. Who do I contact?

You can reach out to us at merch@rosecityriveters.org anytime. We will look into your order status and check the USPS tracking info. Again, please remember we are all volunteers so you may not get an immediate response to your email.

Can I buy merch any time Axe & Rose is open?

No, Axe & Rose is used by many groups in the 107IST and they do not all have access to sell the merch. Even though it is there, you need to wait until a Thorns or Timbers match day to purchase merch.
