Where can I buy merch?

In person at the Fanladen, 1633 SW Alder, Portland, OR 97205. Online at shop.rosecityriveters.org

When can I buy in person?

Our storefront at Fanladen opens 2-3 hours before each Thorns FC home match kicks off. We do shut down about 30 minutes prior to kick so our volunteers can get inside the stadium. After the match, we are usually open for another 30 minutes once the players have completed their lap around the pitch.

How long does it take for me to get my online order?

We are powered by volunteers so they try to keep a schedule of shipping out orders at least every 2 weeks. It may take 14 days for you to receive your order.

It has been more than 2 weeks since I placed my online order. Who do I contact?

You can reach out to us at merch@rosecityriveters.org anytime. We will look into your order status and check the USPS tracking info. Again, please remember we are all volunteers so you may not get an immediate response to your email.

Can I buy merch any time Fanladen is open?

No, the Fanladen is used by many groups in the 107IST and they do not have access to sell the merch. Even though it is there, you need to wait until a Thorns FC match day to purchase merch.
