Thoughts on WHY this is occurring.

We have had a number of issues and concerns on personal safety by our members before and after matches.

While we (the 107IST.org) are not directly responsible/liable for events that occur off our property, we do have an investment in our community. This training is to help people in our community, beyond the stadium, and hopefully will also aid in further growth and awareness of our purpose to be strong community members.

There was in depth conversation regarding not wanting to support any form of violence, but this, like the bystander training, provides a way for people to learn how to be safe alone and with others.
