Supporters Cup Volunteers: TAFC vs ECSFC Derby Day!

Registration

  • Meet at 107IST Warehouse (1704 SW Alder) at 10am & move supplies in your vehicle to Buckman Field by 11am.

The Supporters Cup is Saturday 8/27 at Buckman Field, and we can use some help to make sure it is a success!

Jobs available:

  • hauling supplies/kegs/coolers from 107IST warehouse to field (need vehicle)
  • field & beer garden setup - set up canopies, putting out corner flags, etc.
  • runner - ice, supplies, etc.
  • cashier - sell drink tickets, snacks, check ID
  • beer garden server - must be 21+
  • photographer - during the matches (12:15-4:45)


If you're coming for the day, you can take a shift and still have plenty of time to cheer on your fellow supporters!

Shifts include (need multiple folks for each):

  • 10:00-11:00 move kegs/coolers from 107IST warehouse to field
  • 11:00-12:00 field & beer garden setup/runner
  • 12:00-2:30 runner/server/cashier
  • 2:30-5:00 runner/server/cashier
  • 5:30-8:00 server/cashier/clean up
  • 12:15-4:45 photographer
If there is a particular game you want to make sure to see, the match schedule is:
12:15 - Mens Over 40 
12:45 - Women's Cup
2:30 - Mens Division II 
3:00 - Mens Division I Cup
