Gather together a group of 8 or 9 players and join the field of 32 teams that will be taking part in history on August 2nd and 3rd as the Timbers Army Football Club holds its very first Tournament to raise money for the TA-CPR initiative.

The Cause

Rose City Futsal has generously pledged 25% of the registration fees to the TA-CPR initiative. This initiative offers free CPR/AED training to 107ist members, however there are ongoing costs associated with this such as simulation equipment, the American Heart Association "Heart Saver" books, and the cost of certification cards which all attendees receive upon completion of the course.

CPR demonstrations will be run at the tournament to show attendees why we are raising money.

The Venue

Rose City Futsal (5010 NE Oregon St, Portland, OR 97213) is a premium facility centrally located on the east side of Portland right off of I-84. Two artificial turf courts and one large hard surface court serve the matches. Enjoy a pint ($1 off for 107ist members) and a meal with the family as you all watch the replay of your match on one of the many flat screens in Clive’s Pub directly above the playing floor or visit the newly opened Far Post Soccer Supply store on site. The Format

The tournament will be held on August 2nd and 3rd. You’ll get a minimum of 4 games in. Your team will play twice on Saturday (either in the morning or the afternoon) and twice on Sunday with the possibility of an additional Championship bracket match on Sunday afternoon.

The Process

• This will be first come first served, so you should jump on it quick.
• 107ist members will have a presale open to them until June 23rd.
• All you need to do is get 8 or 9 players together (names and emails), identify a team contact leader and team name (don’t worry, we’ll do all the work for the team leader)
• Send all this information to Steven Joinson at NEU@107ist.org.
• We will generate a paypal link for your players ($35 each for a 9 player roster and $40 for an 8 player) and send it to each of the contacts your roster.
• You will need to have your roster paid in full by June 30 or risk losing your spot to a team on the waiting list.
• After June 23rd any remaining registration spots in the 32 team field will be opened up to the public and there is already strong interest AND TEAMS WAITING.
• Registration after June 23rd will be administered through Rose City Futsal exclusively.
