Volunteer Shifts - 2018 TAFC Winter Classic

Registration

• Saturday 1/20, 5:00-7:00pm: Event Set Up & Decorating
  Tasks will involve possibly moving tables and decorating an area with TA colors, balloons, streamers, finding place for trophies and general set up. Providing overall party/tournament feel for us.
• Saturday 1/20, 5:45-9:00pm: Check In Table+T-Shirt Sales
  Check In Table:
  Tasks will include making sure schedules are available for teams, if using iPad - ensuring we are logged in and ready to begin. Working with RCF to be sure schedules are up on the monitor. Making sure they are registered (all payments will be required before the tournament). Having box of TA pinnies available for teams that have color conflicts.
  T-Shirt Sales:
  You will be responsible for money and operating Square (point of sale) on an iPad. Recon shirt counts at beginning & end of shift.
• Saturday 1/20, 9:00pm-12:30am: Check In Table+T-Shirt Sales+Clean Up
  Check In Table:
  Tasks will include making sure schedules are available for teams, if using iPad - ensuring we are logged in and ready to begin. Working with RCF to be sure schedules are up on the monitor. Making sure they are registered (all payments will be required before the tournament). Having box of TA pinnies available for teams that have color conflicts.
  
  T-Shirt Sales:
  You will be responsible for money and operating Square (point of sale) on an iPad. Recon shirt counts at beginning & end of shift.
  
  Clean Up:
  Day 1 duties are to put tables back, secure trophy, make sure we don't leave garbage or anything out.
• Sunday 1/21, 6:00-8:00pm: Event Set Up+Check In Table+T-Shirt Sales
  Tasks will involve first getting area ready for event (possibly redecorating some areas, setting up tables) & then moving over to staff the Check In Table/T-Shirt Sales at 6:30pm.
• Sunday 1/21, 8:00-10:00pm: Check In Table+T-Shirt Sales
  Check In Table:
  Tasks will include making sure schedules are available for teams, if using iPad - ensuring we are logged in and ready to begin. Working with RCF to be sure schedules are up on the monitor. Helping teams check in at RCF counter for signing waivers,. Making sure they are registered (all payments will be required before the tournament). Having box of TA pinnies available for teams that have color conflicts.
  
  T-Shirt Sales:
  You will be responsible for money and operating Square (point of sale) on an iPad. Recon shirt counts at beginning & end of shift.
• Sunday, 1/21 10:00-11:00pm: Clean Up
  Last day of the tournament duties are to put tables back, make sure we don't leave garbage or anything out. Also requires removal of decorations, being sure we leave nothing.
