2021 Matchday FAQ

Updated March 23, 2021

Will the Fanladen be open for membership pickup and ticket exchange?

The Fanladen will remain closed at this time.

Will the No Pity van or RivetGear store in the Fanladen be open?

The NPO van will not be open until at least 50% stadium capacity. For your No Pity Originals needs, shop online at nopityoriginals.com.
The Riveters in-person store will be closed through the Challenge Cup. We will reassess with our volunteers after the tournament. In the meantime, shop RivetGear at shop.rosecityriveters.org.

Can I stand in my normal seat in section [whatever]?

That’s a question for the Front Office. Call or email your ticket rep, if you have one, or 503.553.5550 or members@timbers.com.

What time are wristbands?

There will not be wristbands. Contact the Front Office for more information.

I can't wait to see tifo!

In the interest of the health and safety of our dedicated volunteers, we'll continue to evaluate the logistics related to our displays. Besides, the first rule of tifo...you don't talk about tifo!

Where can I get a flag?

Due to an inability to safely distribute, collect, and sanitize flags before and after each match, 107IST will not be distributing flags in the North End. You’re welcome to bring your own in accordance with stadium policies.

Where’s my capo?

Until we are allowed to be at full capacity and vaccinated, capos will be watching a match for a change. For the Riveters, future matches may have drums.

Can I still chant?

Of course! Think of it like an away day. You can download the TA chant sheets here and the Riveters chant sheet here.

How am I supposed to do scarf/patch trades with this new clear bag policy?

That’s a question for the Front Office. Call or email your ticket rep, if you have one, or 503.553.5550 or members@timbers.com.

When will away day tickets go on sale?

We won’t be selling tickets for away matches for either Timbers or Thorns at this time. We’ll re-evaluate as stadiums move to full capacity.

Will there be watch parties?

No, not until it’s still safe to be in large groups indoors. We might host some virtual watch parties, but we don’t have anything ironed out just yet.

I have a question that isn't answered here.

We'll update this FAQ as circumstances change. Reach out to us if you still have questions.
