2021 Matchday FAQs

We will be open approximately 3.5 hours before kick. Walk-up services include ticket exchange, membership services, swag pickup, as well as Match Day Drive drop-offs.
Note: We won't allow public gathering inside the Fanladen at this time, so please do not plan to hang out. At this time, please continue to wear a face mask for walk-up services at the Fanladen. We will re-evaluate for upcoming matches.
The NPO van will be open. Masks are required, and social distancing is encouraged to protect our volunteers. You can also shop online at nopityoriginals.com.
The Riveters in-person store will be open on Wednesday, August 18. We will be doing sales at the door (rather than welcoming folks into the Fanladen) and mask are required. Remember that you can always shop RivetGear at shop.rosecityriveters.org. You can come by the Fanladen in the 2.5 hours before kick, as well as 30 minutes after the post-match lap.

Capos started returning to their nests the weekend of June 19 & 20.
Capos continue to evaluate their comfort with health and safety protocols against their ability to efficiently lead the North End. Masking up protects all of us, and the capos do not want to seek loopholes that allow them to not model the correct behavior.

As of Friday, August 13 we will not be adding to the Away Day calendar as the Delta variant is spreading rapidly. We are facilitating refunds should travel get canceled due to this current surge. If you would like a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
No, not until it’s still safe to be in large groups indoors. We might host some virtual watch parties, but we don’t have anything ironed out just yet. If you would like to help line up watch parties, please reach out.
